At 500ml Shortfills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags. If your new apparel doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, our streamlined process makes exchanges and refunds quick and easy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
